Delivery is available in Mauritius and Rodrigues Island. We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3000. Additionally, we provide free face-to-face delivery in Rose-Hill, Mauritius.

For other delivery options:

• Normal postage delivery: Rs. 75

• Express postage delivery: Rs. 100

Returns

We hope you are delighted with every order from sephorarosalba.com. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you have 10 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or exchange. To proceed with a return or refund, contact us at info.sephorarosalba@gmail.com, specifying your order number and whether you would like to exchange your items on our e-shop or receive a refund. 

Please be aware that items purchased on Sale are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We also cannot accept returns or claims for Sephora Rosalba pieces bought from other retailers or second-hand sites.

All products must be returned in unused condition with all labels attached. Items that are damaged, stained, or missing labels are unacceptable.

If a package is received in an unacceptable condition, we kindly ask you to provide clear pictures of the item, including the box and all attached labels, for our review.
